Ron Strauss

Executive Chairman of the Board

Mr. Strauss is a successful entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in leading computer hardware and software related technology start-ups. Mr. Strauss is a founding member of CC Power.

Mr. Strauss was previously the founding member and a director of Avvida Systems Inc., a company formed in 2001 until its acquisition in 2003 by General Electric. Avvida designed and marketed high performance computing systems using the latest DSP and FPGA processing hardware, and was a leading supplier to the industrial, government and military markets. In 2003, Avvida was acquired by a division of General Electric (SBS Technologies Inc.), and, from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Strauss was engaged to assist General Electric integrate Avvida together with 8 other General Electric acquisitions, ending his career with General Electric in the position of VP/GM Canada and Asia Integration Leader in 2006.

Prior to Avvida, Mr. Strauss was a founder and a director of Focus Automation Systems, Inc., a leading supplier of image processing systems to the industrial and medical markets. Mr. Strauss founded Focus in 1987. Focus was acquired by V Technology Corporation in 2000.

Mr. Strauss has recently completed software development, strategic planning, human resource, and financial accounting management training at University of Waterloo, Harvard University, and the GE Jack Welsh Management Training Center. Most recently, Mr. Strauss completed Chinese Mandarin language and cultural training at Sinoland College in Beijing, China. Mr. Strauss is involved daily in developing strategic relationships for Xcelmobility. He spends time Between the companies offices in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Redwood City as well as working on research and development activities in Waterloo, Canada.

Mr. Strauss is fluent in English and Chinese.

Ryan Ge

Chief Executive Officer - Director

Mr. Ge has over 25 years’ experience in engineering, R&D, customer support and management. He is also a founding member of CC Power since its inception in 2003. Since 2003, Mr. Ge has served as a director and chief executive officer of CC Power, positions he still holds.

Prior to founding CC Power, Mr. Ge worked as the business development director for General Electric (Fanuc) embedded systems in the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, he also worked in Canada and Japan for a leading supplier to the semiconductor and FPD markets. Mr. Ge speaks Chinese, Japanese, and English.

Mr. Ge holds a master’s degree in system design from the University of Waterloo, and a BSc in photogrammetry and remote sensing from Wuhan University in the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Ge has recently completed financial accounting management training at Harvard University.

Mr. Ge is based in Shenzhen and oversees software development and testing. However, he currently spends as significant amount of his time in Tokyo and Korea, developing new contracts for the company.

Greg Tse

Independent Director

Mr. Tse has over 25 years of international finance, marketing, media, PR and advertising experience with an extensive brand management track record in North America, Hong Kong and China. In China, Mr. Tse has helped many international brands to enter into the marketplace before moving on to become one of China’s first communications/media M&A specialists.

Mr. Tse most recently served as Head of China Advisory for Calneva Financial Group from July 2004 to the present date, providing investment banking services for merger and acquisitions in the information technology, media, energy, infrastructure and natural resources areas.

Previously, Mr. Tse’s media and marketing communications career included heading up several multinational advertising and PR agencies, including from May 1997 to June 2004, when Mr. Tse served as Managing Director at Publicis China, a communications group, were he managed the China national offices.

Mr. Tse has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of i-Level Media Group Incorporated (PK: ILVL) from July 2008 to January 2009. Mr. Tse has also travelled extensively in China as the Chief Communications Officer for CORA (China’s Old Revolution Area), a NGO with a mandate to develop China’s rural areas, and started many humanitarian projects to fund education there.

Mr. Tse graduated from the School of Architecture at University of Waterloo, Canada. Mr. Tse was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors due to his over 25 years of experience, primarily in China, as well as his public company board and management experience. The Company believes that Mr. Tse’s knowledge of sales and marketing will be an invaluable resource as the Company seeks to expand its business within Asia and develop a unique brand image.

Grace Wang

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Wang has 18 years of experience in financial and general management in both public and private corporations in China. Ms. Wang is a founding member of CC Power and currently serves as the chief financial officer of XcelMobility and CC Power, a position she has held since inception in 2003. Ms. Wang began her career with publicly listed Sunrise Group Holdings as a senior financial manager. As a founding member of CC Power, Ms. Wang has performed many important duties including managing the financial activities of CC Power as well as working closely with CC Power’s chief executive officer in human and operational management. Ms. Wang graduated from Huazhong Technical and Science University in 1990 with a BSc in accounting and finance management.
